Filthy floors, and the countertops looked like they were wiped down with a dirty rag

One of the best hotels I have ever been in and traveled to 13 times a year every year for about seven years… cooking heat control air control automated doors with your phone or code use with push buttons are the best. Peace from Divine39A

From the time I first arrived at the property, the front desk attendant was extremely rude. Every time I ask her a question it was like I was being an inconvenience to her. I paid for valet parking and then was told to park my own car. After going up to my room, I was immediately welcomed with an unpleasant/stale smell in the room. I proceeded to walk through the room to figure out what the smell was, and the table in the living room part had drink rings and grime and grease on the table. The kitchen table had dust and food crumbs. The floor was dusty and covered in food crumbs. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. The carpet in the bed room was absolutely disgusting, there were stains everywhere. I went back downstairs to speak with the front desk attendant to request a new room because my room was disgusting, and she immediately snatched her keys and followed me to the room, as if I was lying. After getting back up to the room, I walked her through the entire room and pointed out all the problem areas, and she looked at me with an annoyed look and told me there was no more rooms available and there was nothing she could do and to let her know if there was any other issues that I found in the room after she pointed out the bed looks fine. After she left out I flipped the sheets back and there was a bug crawling on my sheets. I immediately grabbed all my belongings and left. I will never say or recommend this property to anyone!

Over all great stay and God location

I recently stayed at Sonder Midtown South, and overall, I enjoyed my time there. The space had a homey feel with a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a spacious walk-in closet—a nice departure from a standard hotel room. The balcony was a great bonus, and the location was perfect, walking distance to Midtown hotspots and Beltline neighborhoods. However, there were a few downsides. The check-in process was frustratingly cumbersome for guests who didn’t download the Sonder app. It would be nice if they offered a traditional check-in option, like most hotels do. Also, there was no gym, which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, the stained carpets made the space feel less clean and well-maintained. Overall, Sonder Midtown South is a solid choice for those wanting an apartment-style stay in a prime location, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, amenities, and especially check-in convenience

The room was impeccably clean. The unit included a washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods provided. A user-adjustable thermostat allowed for personalized temperature control. The location was exceptionally quiet and conducive to safe pedestrian travel.

Only problem was not enough hot water! Runs out halfway thru a typical shower and then ice cold! Bed is quite low and a bit hard. They told me there was no ice maker but there was and I had already brought ice because of that

Had a great stay. Feels a little desolate at night but it’s close to downtown and other points of interest.

Stains on towels, dishes and pillow cases…rain dripping from ceiling down wall onto carpet ..
