Sonder Midtown South

The apartment is very clean, comfortable beds. Good location. Everything is convenient located.

Our place was so clean and peaceful! We plan to visit again.

Overall great stay but here’s some things I looked for in the comments that were never answered yes parking is 30 dollars per night but if your lucky the lady at the front can waive one night… yes you do have to use your unit number for everything so I insist you download the Sonder app it will also give you access to a mobile key that will only unlock your room door but it is convenient!! Ohh and the parking garage is on your left of the noodoh restaurant that’s sits next to Sonder not on the right of Sonder where you would expect please dont park there or you’ll be redirected by a very rude man :)!

My complaints are about lack of communication and comfort. Just view the photos and it will explain why i slept uncomfortably for 2 nights and no one came to check until 2 hours before i checked out.

The property felt secure, you need an access code to enter. I stayed in a two bedroom and it was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Lovely suite in a lovely building. Quick walk to pharmacy and grocery, easy transportation- perfect for a long weekend in Atlanta.

The property was dirty when we arrived. There was trash left in the trash can, carpet was stained, counters and table tops were not clean, and there was hair on the bed sheets. The window in the master bedroom was broken/ pulled out of the window pane so the window wouldn’t close and cold air blew into the room. Communication was good and they sent cleaners the next morning but didn’t give a discount. Codes to the parking garage and building didn’t work when we arrived but they communicated quickly to get codes reset so we could get in. Sonder app didn’t work properly and arranging parking was difficult.

The night I arrived for my stay I made Sonder aware of my rooms condition. Not only was it not properly cleaned but there was no hot running water. I reached out to Sonder via the “24/7” chat and was informed they couldn’t do anything that night but could change my room the next day due to the inconvenience. I had a meeting at 8 am and couldn’t make it because I couldn’t wash up in the apartment/room I paid for. I had to them reach out to them again about said issue and I was told to “flip the water breaker”…where was that located? In the locked closet that I did not have access to? They informed me they could offer me compensation and relocation but of course that never happened. I tried to look for affordable hotels in that area so that I could actually enjoy the rest of my stay but unfortunately everything was pricey due to same day booking. To tell a customer one thing and not follow through with your word tells me how they feel about their customers. Do not recommend, the lack of hospitality was very disappointing to say the least. I basically paid to stay in a dirty room with cold water in the winter. Thanks Sonder
