Very comfortable clean just know not to book your room on the courtyard floor

Very nice. Not fancy but neat and everything that you need. Our fire alarm started beeping as soon as we went to bed but someone brought a battery up for us. The washing machine wouldn’t work and we were promised a service call but no one came. We were given a 50 credit for another stay but a refund would have been much better. Parking is very expensive but very convenient.

It was really neat and easy to check in all the instructions are very clear. The only thing I would say is all the furniture is very tiny so if you have anyone that’s over 6 feet they will be struggling.

Everything was great. Room was clean and beautiful

Everything was very nice. Did have to kill a couple larger bugs (beetle or cockroach size) in the room. But otherwise the amenities were spot on as to what was advertised. Very nice to walk to many local attractions and very easy to grab a Uber if needed.

I had a difficult time finding the parking. I ran into another guest who had the same issue so it made me not feel so bad because the woman who worked there dead. The parking garage has signs telling you. You will be towed unless you are going to the noodle place. There are two big bay doors that are supposed to open when you put your code in, but there is no signage telling you this is the parking garage for the hotel. It’s a self service kind of hotel. The towels and soap, etc. that are supposed to be on different floors were not. I hope you like hearing what’s going on in the next room because the walls are paper thin. It’s nice to have a kitchen, it’s not so nice when your next-door neighbor continuously cooks curry. It’s a good location.

The toilet in our second bathroom was broken the entire time of our stay causing a huge inconvenience for 5 people to share one restroom

The Sonder never disappoints. I stay here every time I go visit my daughter in college. It’s close to everything that I need.
