Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder Midtown South in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Paid parking is 30 USD a night and is non refundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Overall a great stay except for the broken toilet seat. It’s broken twice after the staff came to fix it.

When we tried to take a shower the hot water stopped working, so we texted the help number but it was apparently just an ai messenger. It kept telling us someone would come up to the room to inspect the hot water heater but that never happened, so that night we went to the front desk and we asked what we should do and the person working at the desk was really nice he relocated us to another room.

Absolutely loved every minute of our stay with Sonder Atlanta , l would highly recommend and would definitely return, location was perfect,walking distance from beautiful parks , Pounce market , State Farm Areana and the beltline , loved every second thank you Sonder thank you kindly Christy

We were seeing a show at the Fox Theatre and wanted walking distance...it was a bit sketchy walking after dark. Also there was no tv in the bedroom. We weren't there long enough to really need one but it was unexpected. A comfortable nights sleep for a good price.

This property and its employees were fantastic. We loved the location for walking to the Aquarium and The Fox Theater (great spots) However both Uber drivers advised us that we shouldn't be out walking around the area in the evening. They suggested Uber everywhere..... we would certainly stay here again but knowing what we know we would be more careful.

The pony was nice and it was easy to access once you get the digital key. The room itself was not as clean as I had hoped. The counter top had drink rings and dirt on it. Clearly not wiped down. The bed was pretty much on the floor so if you have a hard time getting up that’s something to consider. The rug had stains on it. The hallway was dirty and smelled of pot. The area is ok. 8 min ride to downtown and the conference center. Good restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. Give it a 3/5
