Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder Midtown South in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Paid parking is 30 USD a night and is non refundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Super nice condo! Perfect for what we needed and had a great view. Walkable to all local downtown Atlanta and the NooDoh restaurant below was incredible. 10/10!

Great stay in a great location. Plenty of room and a kitchen and washer/dryer if I had needed to stay longer. Located across the street from a grocery store and centrally located in Midtown.

The property was spacious and very clean. Good communication via chat in the app. The onsite parking was challenging to find at first, but we were happy once we found it-it was a very safe garage with codes to get in. Noisy at night due to being in a busy city, but the room came with earplugs and a white noise machine.

The location was ideal with access to a lot of the most popular attractions in Atlanta. The property itself is "under renovation" and it was dirty and smelled. The staff was very nice and accommodating though. They were the highlight of the trip. The Sonder is located in a "sketch" area with halfway houses and addiction recovery places nearby. We parked off-site and had no issues with safety of our persons or property. Finally, the condo was sparsely furnished with limited kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.

This property was amazing for me and my family. My husband really loved it and he is usually the one who doesn’t like anywhere we stay other than home, however we really enjoyed the space, view and cleanliness. The only thing we didn’t like was it didn’t seem like staff look under the beds for trash. Other than that, everything was perfect. Staff was very polite.
