GBVery clean, everything worked, friendly reception, complementary welcome drink served on roof terrace, simple but adequate breakfast. WiFi signal was strong but internet was down in the neighbourhood the day I was there - not the fault of the hotel. Mastercard didn't work, which is not uncommon in Togo, but no problem with Visa.
No towel in the room. I didn't query it as I had my own.
USWe liked it enough that we extended our stay here. Room was very clean. I don't just mean clean as in tidy, like some people say for those subsaharan Africa guest houses that are actually dusty and stained. The walls and floor were a clean white, we didn't have any ant problems, fixtures and surfaces didn't have dust, and the property didn't feel old. WiFi was good - fast enough for video calls, other business tasks, streaming. I saw Unifi hardware in the lobby, so it looks like they are investing in improving this, if you've read any negative reviews from the past. We didn't have signal issues from our room, but the dining/lounge area in the lobby is nicely designed, air-conditioned and probably comfortable to work from if you do have issues. No resistance on the shower head holder, so the water pressure would cause the head to fly up and spray the wall Breakfast was small and not varied (egg, bread, instant coffee daily), though it was good quality Rooftop bar closes really early No lockbox in the room. There's a lock and key on the dresser, but it doesn't latch

ZABreakfast was very small and no choice, only omelet and one fruit and orange juice and coffee. They came to take my TV away for repair and brought it back an hour before I had to check out.
