Helpful staff, good and central location, warm water, nice rooftop

Card payment did not work (but manager deducted ATM fees from price), only Nescafe for breakfast

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Flora. The location is very quiet and safe. The food was quite nice.

My room smelt a bit stuffy. The hangers in the wardrobe were in a terrible state. Having the air conditioning right above the bed is not great. The towel was far too small.

"Simple stay"

Location was good. Receptionist was helpful. Rooms were relatively clean. Room wasn't expensive.

There were no pictures of the bathroom. The bathrooms are simpel and a tad outdated. Not a hotel I would pick for couples. Breakfast was average. No fresh coffee available - just powdered garbage.

"DO NOT STAY HERE AS A FEMALE SOLO TRAVELLER"

The bathroom is rather large and there is a rooftop bar.

There is an unpleasant smell when you reach the rooftop upstairs that reminds of sewer. If you are a female solo traveler I DO NOT recommend you stay here. During my stay, the overnight receptionist took my number from my Booking.com profile and started sending me inappropriate WhatsApp messages in the night. He also called my room phone unnecessarily past midnight. I complained to management the next morning but received only a “sorry” but nothing about what will be done about this person or situation. The main worry was that I would write a negative review on Booking.com I am totally disappointed in the way this was handled and the fact that it happened in the first place. I felt totally uncomfortable all night because it seemed he was the only staff on duty.
