This experience was not only traumatic but also left us feeling vulnerable and unsafe.

Upon our late-night arrival at the hotel, we faced the shocking situation of being redirected to an entirely different apartment, not the one we had booked. This change was made without prior notification or consent, causing us considerable distress, especially as we were traveling with two young children and it was extremely cold outside. The host, who appeared inebriated, accused us of stealing his alcohol, which is absurd and baseless. For context, I drove to the location in a car worth more than the value of his apartment, making such an accusation not only false but also insulting. He further yelled inappropriate and worrying remarks about our status as single women traveling with children, highlighting the unsafe environment he created. The situation escalated dangerously when the host physically assaulted one of our group members. We were left with no choice but to call the police for our safety. A police report has been filed against the host, and a legal case for assault is underway. Moreover, I have video evidence of this ordeal, which I am willing to provide. This evidence further substantiates our claims of the host's inappropriate and aggressive behavior.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room

Room was big and good, facilities for kids awesome, possible to just sit by the pool all day and relax

Had to hike down to booking office away from hotel grounds to purchase breakfast passes, 35 euros Got charged 1000 euro to see hotel doctor and receive IV drip On final day during check out, they tried to charge us extra money due to children not on booking instead of at check in or second day

Beautiful and organized resort, nice host We arrived at 6 am and couldn't reach the exact address. We called the host and he was very friendly and came and took us to the apartment. Nice staff. Nice, tidy and spacious apartment.

There was no cleaning, I stayed in the apartment for a week and it never got cleaned, I asked for the room to be cleaned because I have small children and a small baby crawling but they asked for an extra fee for cleaning, 16 euros cost to clean the room, it was very annoying

The female employee on the phone was very helpful.

During check-in, you will be informed that you will pay extra for electricity. The duvet cover comes off and the stained duvet is exposed.

Expédia à autoriser une location d’un hôtel complètement fermé ! Après beaucoup de tentative , expédia nous ont ré-localiser à une autre hôtel, une erreur s’est produite et nous blâmons expedia cependant expédia blâme l’hôtel de ne pas avoir fournie de mise à jour , bref tout été fermé, nous avions les clés pour débarrer la barrière pour rentrer et nous devions la rembarrer une fois à l’intérieur et même principe lorsque nous sortons, piscine fermé, restaurant fermé, aucune sécurité à la porte d’entrer , hôtel fermer avec 1seul client qui étais nous , deux jeune enfant et ma femme qui ne voulais meme pas aller dehors ! La plus grande déception c’est que expedia mon faite paraître comme si j’étais un menteur ,puisque j’ai parler avec 5 agent et perdu une journée complet avant d’être relocaliser. L’hôtel pourrai être bien si il serai ouvert ! Donc je n’est pas grand chose à dire et je ne peu rien dire sur ce hôtel puisque nous avons profité de rien !
