i liked the kindness of people looking after the property, they are very nice and responsive. the apartment is big and comfortable, sea view was amazing

just if you could add some bottles of water and some coffee/tea bags that would make it perfect

The apartment was very spacious and comfy. The kitchen had almost everything I needed during my 3-week stay here, which is really nice. The TV has an androidTV plug-in, so I could cast my laptop on it and view films on a large screen. Wifi is sufficiently fast for watching online movies and works pretty stable, which was essential for me as I stayed for work and required a good Internet connection. Hotel facilities are well-maintained. Water slides are such fun, even better than the Alanya waterpark, which only had 3 slides working in mid-October. The host is very friendly and welcoming, speaks good English (and they have people speaking Russian if needed). But the real crown jewel of this apartment is the view. Every morning you get out to the balcony and enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and old city of Alanya. You have your breakfast outside and just can't help cheering at the sun glares on the sea, absolutely splendid!

Ever had a noisy neighbor? Well, here you will have it every day. Right in front of the building are the coliseum, where kids animation starts at 20:00 and the open air dance floor with music and karaoke ending at midnight. Every day. After 2 weeks this started to really annoy, I managed by closing all windows and balcony door and wearing headphones, but this is not what you expect of such a place. To make matters worse, the hotel owner decided to build new apartments on the roof (I was on the last floor), starting very noisy construction works at 9 in the morning on some days and finishing at sunset. I have to say the apartment host did his best to resolve the situation and even aligned work schedules with my absence in the room, for what big kudos to him. Also worth mentioning that the hotel complex is somewhat far away from everything. Nearest supermarket is 10 minutes walking, nearest decent restaurant is 15 minutes walking. The beach is roughly 20 minutes one-way. If you have rent a car or a scooter, it's not a problem, but worth mentioning.
