Location and staff and room

There were stains on one towel and stain marks on the quilt cover and even the foot throw on the bed but we never made a fuss as it felt clean and had been washed

Great location. The room was clean and bright with a lovely view of the Marina.

The room was near the lift which would have been great if the lift doors didn't make a horrible loud noise which was similar to a steam train whistle everytime they opened and closed.

Clean, co.fortable with helpful staff on reception plus a fantastic restaurant.

The hotel location, newness , rooms and layout were great … then lets talk about the food … wow amazing ..one of the nicest meals ever

The location, the cleanliness and all the staff were excellent!
