Bed was so comfy

No shampoo and no water in the room

Comfortable room. Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful particularly on reception. Free parking a bonus. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Wished we stayed longer.

Only criticism there were no handles to assist getting into the bathtub to shower.

Restaurant food was very good

Shower in room only drench shower , difficult if you don’t want to wash your hair.

Excellent hotel. New and modern. Very nice front desk attendant. Good food options and excellent breakfast.

The location was great the walks along pier and pontoon and boats you just thought you were in another country. The hotel staff went over and above service was excellent. Room service was prompt and excellent. Food was excellent.

I found not having a town as I thought there would be not much shops outside location of pier. Although the shops on the pier where individual and unique.

Lovely views of marina. Attentive and friendly staff. Large, comfortable bed. Nice restaurant.

High sided bath, could do with handrail for safety getting out.

Modern comfortable. Great location

Would have liked fresh fruit cheese etc at breakfast
