Numero Uno Detached Aparthouse 7 BR Hot Tub Wifi Parking Contractors and Group Friendly

The hosts were what made this place stand out the most. The communication leading up to our visit, all the way to when we left was great. Also, they provided some basic breakfast and there were even some cold beers waiting for us upon arrival. This was much appreciated! For a big group of friends, this place had all we needed for a city trip to Newcastle, from sufficient (bath)rooms, to enough space to relax. Also, having a smart lock that allowed all of us to enter and leave as we pleased was a very welcome change from having 1 person being responsible for the keys the whole trip.

I am not sure if we picked an especially busy weekend to go to Newcastle, but we felt the price for a two night stay was quite high (roughly 80€ per person per night, with a group of 10). The location is a 15 min taxi-ride away from the city center, and there aren't any big supermarkets around (there are some smaller convenience stores however).

Excellent stay. Big house with 7 bedrooms and 4 toilet/bathrooms. Very good backyard with a hot tub. Jaya had stocked the place with basics and was well equipped for a couple days stay.

Everything was great.

The Aparthouse was huge, and the communal areas were much bigger than we thought they would be from the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The outdoor area was lovely, we just wished we’d had time to book the hot tub - it was really tempting. It was really simple to get in and out, and Jaya was available for questions when we needed. Lovely touch setting up beer pong for our group on arrival, which everyone loved.

We found for a group of 13 we didn’t have quite enough fridge space with only one fridge freezer in the house - this was the only thing we could fault really!

I would give this property and host MORE than 5 stars if I could. The property was immaculately clean throughout. Everything was there that we needed. Lovely touch from host with fresh flowers and cupcakes upon arrival. The host was more than helpful with everything and accomodated with no hassle. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and I will be using again in the future. I cannot thank the host enough for everything. Thanks again.

Jaya and Dipak left loads of generously proportioned goodies for us: breakfast, milk, cereal, snacks, biscuits, cupcakes, butter, OJ, beer and the list goes on

I'm really fussy about pillows and bedding, but Jaya tells me she is onto that and so even that small quibble will soon be sorted.

The Hot tub was a great feature to the property. Rooms were clean and very presentable. Great space downstairs in kitchen and nice addition with the PS4 in the living room. Perfect for groups to enjoy themselves over a weekend.
