Location Restaurant drinks were good

Window was broken and didn't close Bathtub didn't hold water Noisy Food was ok After problems I decided to leave early and they wouldn't refund my last day that I wasn't going to be there for. Complaint lodged with booking.com I wouldn't return

We had a room on the first floor. I will not recommend that! Stree level meant that cars and people were our constant companions.

Very nice hotel. The staff is wonderful.

Jala is a fabulous town. The hotel is well situated in the centre of town. Its a shame there aren't other hotels in the town as it's a fabulous place. The rooms are ok. The rooftop chairs were grubby. The staff are great,

It needs some cleaning and fixing. The window shutters aren't secure. The rooftop seats are dirty.
