"Noisy, impossible to relax on a great location"

Noise Wedding event in the main patio Impossible to be anywhere quite Was so noisy in our room that we couldn't even listen to the TV, called the reception and they offered earplugs

"Great property in the heart of a charming pueblo mágico"

the suite was spectacularly large and so is the entire building. Great views from the roof-top restaurant.

The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, so service was a bit chaotic.

"Awful bathroom smell"

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. What I disliked about this stay was the awful smell that spewed out of the bathroom. I complained about it, but it did not resolve the awful smell out of room #13

"Best place in Jala"

This is clearly the best place to stay in Jala, and well-worth the price. It's beautifully appointed, perfectly located, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly, and accommodating, even to our special requests. The restaurant on the rooftop has a lovely view of the town and the volcano, and the food was gourmet - excellent in quality and presentation. For our next time in Jala we won't have to contemplate where to stay, it will be here.
