המיקום מעולה, המלון נמצא על החוף. ישנו שומר 24/7 ובלילה נועלים את שער הכניסה. בקרבת המלון שפע מסעדות וברים במרחק הליכה. ברחוב של המלון מלא דוכנים וחנויות. אנשי הצוות צעירים ומקסימים ושירותיים מאוד.

החדרים ישנים ומיושנים, אומנם מנקים כל יום אבל הציוד בחדר לא מתוחזק כראוי, מנעול הדלת היה שבור, שקע שלא עובד, כספת לא תקינה. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד מצומצמת.

I liked everything to be fair from the room to the food, the staff were really great.

It's a little quiet but I guess that works for some people but overall I can't find anything negative about the place.

Camere sempre pulite e con cambio lenzuola/asciugamani tutti i giorni. Reception e sicurezza notturna sempre presente (i nostri amici Hasan e Marco non li scorderemo mai) , direttrice e suo staff sempre attenti a tutte le nostre esigenze, anche a quelle non previste, come organizzare per la mia compagna Giorgia un trenino con canzoncina , torta e candela di auguri di buon compleanno o avere Ivan (è un ragazzo veramente d'oro ... spero se lo tengano stretto) della sicurezza diurna, prodigarsi sempre per crearci con lettini ed ombrelloni una sistemazione più grandiosa di un resort 5 stelle. (Grazie a Glory , Richard e Bella siete il top !!!). Ristorante, che dire ... un gruppo di ragazzi/e col sorriso stampato, e non finto stampato, già dalla mattina a colazione !! Colazione abbondante e varia dolce/salato anche se non a buffet. A cena era previsto, per il nostro trattamento, un primo (noi prendevamo spesso una insalatona o una zuppa di polpo fantastica), un piatto principale che poteva essere un burger con patatine, una pasta, una specialità dello chef o un piatto di pesce alla griglia servito con riso o patatine fritte. Per finire un dessert. Credetemi non ci è capitato mai di avere un servizio al di sotto di uno standard che fosse da 10 !!! E questo lo dobbiamo alle persone fantastiche del ristorante e della cucina con le quali abbiamo riso , pianto, ballato ed abbracciato come fossero nostri figli. Grazie Haroon (tieni duro fratello) , Alex (io il suo "pelato" kipara favorito, e lui bacchettato da me sempre per la "pancetta" kitumbo ,da coca cola), e poi Scholar, Richard Gabriel, Runy, Noela, Mariam, Halima, Happy, Salma e i ragazzi/e della cucina. Pur avendo il doppio dell'età di questi ragazzi, portiamo più insegnamenti noi a casa di quanto potessimo dare noi a loro. Per quanto riguarda la posizione , beh ... senza convincere nessuno basta vedere le foto per rendersi conto della meraviglia !!

The staff were lovely and they tried their best.

They provide one bedsheet. Just one. I’m fairly certain even prisons offer better comfort. Housekeeping never changed the sheets or bedding during my stay. The toilet broke every single day, meaning I had to wait until the morning to use a bathroom. My room was right beside reception, and it was constantly noisy because other guests were also complaining. Breakfast was terrible — the “fresh juices” were almost always empty, even though I arrived early. The stairs to the beach are extremely old, worn out, and dangerously slippery. On top of that, there was construction directly behind my room starting at 7am every morning. I informed the manager on Wednesday that I would be checking out a day earlier — which was clearly stated in my reservation and fully within my rights — yet no refund was ever processed. I strongly recommend staying literally anywhere else but here.

Destinace byla dobrá. Lehátka byli nahoře, takže k nám nemohli prodejci, a nebyl tu tak znát odliv a příliv, jak na jiných místech Nungwi. Personál byl velice příjemný a profesionální.
