Problemi con la prenotazione perché seleziono un dormitorio femminile, capisco l'errore e che la procedura nonostante abbia rilevato che sono uomo e non ha individuato l'errore e mi ha permesso di prenotare lo stesso. Alla reception mi dicono che non c'è il manager e che non mi possono aiutare mandandomi via dicendo di scrivere ad un indirizzo mail , negato anche il rimborso, fosse stato concesso avrei lasciato tutt'altra valutazione ma forse quei 27€ per voi erano di vitale importanza. Buona fortuna per il futuro
