"Bedbugs and bad service"

There were bedbugs in our room. The staff pretended not to know and later admitted that they were informed of the infestation. We asked to get a refund as we needed to relocate. They told us not to contact booking and ask for a refund directly from that but that it would not be guaranteed. Have not heard from them since asking for a refund.
