2 days with no Air conditioning was hard!

We didn’t receive any instructions for access to the parking or condo. It took 2 days for a call. Luckily someone staying there helped and after numerous calls we were able to get into our place.

Loved watching the sunsets from the beach area!

Staying at a one bedroom condo had nice advantages compared to a hotel we normally use. There was ample lighting inside, liked the full size bathroom and kitchen. The drawback that I noticed was the musty mildew smell which irritated my throat and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Tho it didn’t seem to bother my wife. Also noticed two cockroaches inside. Probably an extra pest control service would take care of that.

I like the quiet area, very peaceful. The location is far for walking to center. People around community is kind of cold. They are poorly to say ‘hi’ or ‘good morning’ to you or strangers.

This is exactly the type of property I would look for if I was to purchase a vacation home in Kona. The location was excellent near shops and restaurants. I liked the size of the complex in general. It was on the smaller side and fairly quiet. It is not brand new, but well maintained, nicely landscaped and clean. It is right on the ocean with a little man-made beach. There are beach chairs, grills, and a cabana available. The unit itself is also well-maintained with a nice layout. The terrace overlooks the courtyard, but you can see the ocean if you lean/look to the right. Overall, a good value for the price. You could stay for weeks or months in this unit. The kitchen is fully equipped. I appreciated the welcome treats.

I enjoyed how simple the process was and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere

It was so nice. We liked the ground floor, and the laundry room was easy to use. Our only complaint was the mattress was very hard and 2 chairs need new foam in cushions. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

This trip was what I needed. Thanks to the property manager who saved me as I had not received my code to get into the place from orbitz. She was awesome and helped me out! The place is great. The view is amazing. The whales were so cool to watch and the sunset each night was great. I would definitely stay again.
