To expensive for what you get, service is the most horrible anybody could get, worn out bedding sheets, towels and bring your own bar soap, no telephone service nor enough electrical outlets for your equipment, old worn out mattress you have to beg to get a towel so far the most horrible hotel experience in Guatemala. Don’t go there unless you’re in a desperate situation.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y acogedor!!! Lo único que quizás es un inconveniente son las gradas para bajar a los pisos, ya que nosotros andábamos adultos mayores y teníamos que bajar con cuidado! Por lo demás 10/10

They didn't want to change my reservation date, I made a mistake on the arrival date and even though I told them right then and there, they preferred to apply their policies and steal my money, their phone line doesn't work, it's a farce, I'm really very disappointed, they ruined my trip.

Great people…great place for the price you can’t ask for more….my room was to close at hallway a lot of noise
