Big Apple is Bad news Dirty,Mosquitoes eat you alive No WiFi they will lie about the WiFi NO FOOD, I mean no food at all. Totally rundown, no glass in the window to my room. Toilet does not work, no water in the face basin Dangerously exposed electrical cables Broken smoke alarm No shower head on shower Lots of mess in the pool They promised free shuttle to the airport but the driver will still charge you $3000 when dropped off although the fair is $2000 on chartered taxi and $150 on route taxis. You won’t see professionally looking staff just two men smoking mariwana. SOMEONE TRIED TO ENTER MY ROOM AT 2AM THANKFULLY MY DOOR WAS LOCKED. I didn’t sleep after that The decision is your but you’ve been warned.

I didn’t stay at the property because they had no running water and no air conditioning after the hurricane beryl. I am waiting on a refund from the charges

Hotel needs to be renovated

Where the hotel is in a good location, renovations are ongoing without the use of the restaurant for breakfast etc.

Unfortunately had two phones and cash stolen from the room whilst I was sleeping...if you book this hotel..be sure that your door is fully closed and that you have not drank too much rum when sleeping.! The hotel needs to provide safes in the rooms regardless of CCTV onsite.

The room was spacious and it was close to the airport.

The facility were not clean and had a fishy odor. My child went through the second floor balcony grill and almost fell to her death. I had one towel for 3 people and it stinks. I had to ask them to clean my room before entering. There were no water or juice for purchase on the property.
