USThe location and rooms were awful. We we supposed to stay 6 nights we checked out after the first night and I was supposed to get a refund I never received it and evertime I call the hotel about my refund I get the run around

The WiFi could have been better, it didn’t really pick up in the room or outside the room. The a/c didn’t feel like it was running unless I stood in front of it.
