"Minors witnessed naked man!"

Had a traumatic event! Tried to reach out to the general manager because the front desk clerk was amazing! Have been totally ignored for two weeks! Be aware if you have issues they will ignore!

"Unrealized Potential"

This is a newer property that is very clean. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. The shades in the room didn't raise and lower and they for sure didn't block out all of the light (which is unfortunate). I could also very clearly hear the TV from a neighboring room...like, I knew what show they were watching. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were widely undertrained. They couldn't check me in or out without calling someone for help. It was very unprofessional and inefficient. With a dozen other options within a mile, I dont' know that I'd stay here again.

Americinn San Angelo is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Every employee we met was helpful, professional and friendly. This hotel looks new. We were very comfortable and plan to stay at Americinn when we return to San Angelo. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great value and just as comfortable as the Courtyard next door, less pricey and includes breakfast. The rooms were a little bit smaller than next door but just as nice!

You have to ask to have room cleaned, towels replaced or garbage taken out but once I asked it was done right away. Not a big deal.
