Indoor pool

Take too long to give back 100.00 deposit and No breakfast

The customer service was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful

The hot tub was barely luke warm which is not what one expect a hot tub to be. The indoor was also not a warm temperature, infact it was almost a freezing temperature. I was not told that the hair dryers had to be checked out at the front desk. A sign in the room explaining that would have been helpful. The shower was made quite unusual. You had to reach under the facet to pull the knob to get the shower to come on. Again a sign on the wall with an explanation would have been nice.

The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool is quite big.

The game room could be better with more things to play.There is no elevator if you have mobility issues and are on the 2nd floor.

We've stayed here before but got what I booked.

The fact I booked a unit with two restrooms and only had one in my unit.

Clean and was very nice for the price.

I loved the location

We had to buy our own towels and washcloths because the ones in the hotel were dingy. Housekeeping never came to get our trash or change the sheets 😒
