Good shower.

No cups in kitchen, Kitchen not very clean, burn in top No change of bedding (5 nights) No ironing facilities Couldn't get television to work No adjustment to radiator

nothing. the room had not been cleaned. only the bedding changed. the kitchen was mouldy smelling and had black mould crawling throughout. i couldnt even make a cup of tea due to the state of it. i felt sick walking through. we left after one night. We felt very unsafe.

the plates where disgusting. cups none. The kitchen was mouldy. It looked abandoned and smelt it too. When i was sleeping i had a prostitute knocking on my window looking for ther drugs and the neighbours screaming all night long. The neighbours also told us that drugs are wore been sold from this building last week. This place is not safe to walk around at night or any time really if u are not from there we had to leave after the first night as it didn't feel safe with all the things going on just right outside the window. The neighbours wore women and had random men drinking outside their house till 8am on sunday morning. This is not acceptable as a booking.com property as i thought booking.com looked after their customers not put in a crack Den with wide spread prostitutions going on all around the property

Primera vez que vivo una experiencia tan poco profesional: llegando al alojamiento, concretamente a la hora acordada, recibí un mensaje del propietario que decía me tenía que cambiar de alojamiento y ubicación por un día y que al día siguiente debería de volver a irme hacia el alojamiento acordado, teniendo en cuenta la hora y la inquietud de estar lejos de casa, seguí sus instrucciones. Cuando viajas por turismo, tiempo y localización son vitales, añadiendo además la anulación de servicios de agencias de turismo con el daño económico pertinente. No contento con eso, dijo el arrendador que el segundo alojamiento no estaría hasta las 15:00h. El dueño verbalmente se ofreció a reservarnos un transporte de recogida para el desplazamiento entre los dos puntos, que aunque considere escaso de cortesía, era de agradecer teniendo en cuenta la carga del equipaje. Pero todo fue verbal nada más, en un margen de varias horas previas a la entrada al alojamiento me intenté comunicar con él insatisfactoriamente, llegando a colgarme el teléfono, con lo cual, de un punto a otro, no tuve ningún tipo de ayuda compensatoria real. Solo tenía el código de la entrada al llegar. Al rato contestó, una hora más tarde de la hora acordada, me delegó una habitación y entré. Dentro estaba la habitación por hacer; las sábanas de los anteriores inquilinos en una esquina, la cama sin ropa, suciedad… Al comentárselo la excusa fue que el personal de limpieza estaba enfermo, y que él lo arreglaba, en fin, un desastre sin precedentes, insatisfecho además de engañado. Comprendo los imprevistos, pero este desastre debería de tener compensación económica ya que no consumí lo contratado, de esta manera, poder borrar lo posible esta mancha de el servicio de booking y mejorar estas situaciones, las cuales tengo pruebas fotográficas de todo lo mencionado si el servicio lo solicita. Where to start.... Expected a 24 hour reception as advertised but does not exist...we arrived to a locked door and no one around...called the number on the conformation and as we were 25 mins early were told the code would be emailed in 25mins! Left us standing on the pavement! A van turned up at 3pm with a friendly enough man who let us in and led us to a room off the kitchen, telling us to wait here, he wouldn't be long..... we had to wait while he cleaned our room, changed the bed sheets etc... Once in the room, which was very small with no facilities really....TV didn't work but was replaced while we were out..toilet seat broken, bare ceiling light bulb as only light...toilet door doesn't close, nowhere to hang a towel or keep toiletries... The only furniture was a big wardrobe which was falling apart and in danger of falling on us as we slept! Vertical blinds that offered little privacy from the street and kept no light out! The property is very poorly maintained. The kitchen smelt very damp with black mould in cupboards.... kettle but no cups/mugs..didn't use it The area of Kensington did not feel very safe! It's very run down with boarded up and derelict houses!

Good location and good proximity to the city centre. It’s a cosy place for travellers who enjoy a good night’s sleep. Quiet.. cool

I let was not ready upon arrival. The room had not been cleaned, the bed was not made, the bin was full, however the proprietor showed up and fixed it by himself while I took a familiarity walk to know my location better. The heaters could have been on as it was kind of cold at night(s) even though it should be the summer.

Extremely comfortable bed.
