Alito Tulum Hotel

Habitación bonita y limpia. Desayuno rico.

Nos alojamos entre semana y cerraron el restaurante antes de lo indicado y no pudimos cenar en el hotel. Tuvimos que buscar otro sitito.

local tranquilo, praia muito bonita. O hotel em si é ótimo, lindo, funcionário muito simpáticos e local gostoso. paz dentro da reserva. estava na época do sargaço que é aquela alga que tem demais nas praias. então não estava bom para entrar no mar. mas a estadia valeu muito

tudo foi ótimo. como sugestão para melhora somente aumentar a pressão de água do chuveiro e de contratar alguém para limpar a praia nestas épocas. mas nada disso foi um incômodo. tudo foi perfeito.

Habe das Meeresrauschen gehört. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Ich hätte eine Hängematt beim Bungalow geschätzt.

Leider sind die Zimmer etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Relaxing environment

You are required to pay to enter the Government land, Bosque de Jaguar protected area EVERY TIME you leave resort and reenter, you are subject to search no plastic allowed, even potato chip bags get confiscated and thrown away. They are aluminum foil- not plastic- but who am I to argue with the mexican national guard ? Yet there are many plastic items in resorts themselves.

Location was perfect near the ruins

The pool was very small

Walking distance to ruins & on beach. Huts were lovely & comfortable.

Sargassum was a bit of a problem for access to sea

Die Lage nah am Meer und nah am Eingang zu den Ruinen. Die Leute im Service waren alle sehr nett.

Die Behandlung durch den Manager. Wir hatten einen Bungalow gemietet und bekamen den am weitesten vom Strand gelegenen, direkt am Parkplatz, obwohl noch etliche weiter zum Strand hin frei waren und der Warmwasserboiler war ständig kaputt. Ohne die wunderbare Hilfe vom Elektriker Francisco hätten wir nie warmes Wasser gehabt. Er war wenig kooperativ und hat uns nicht besonders höflich behandelt.
