Es un hotel de instalaciones espectaculares y la playa es un paraíso (no tuvimos zargazo, como mencionan los comentarios anteriores). El personal fue muy amable con nosotras y nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidas. Hay que tener muy en cuenta que, al estar dentro de un parque natural, este es un hotel para descanso, no para fiesta. Si están viajando a Tulum buscando rave y vida nocturna, mejor buscar otro lugar.

La comida y los licores son excesivamente caros. Lo que costaba una comida allí era fácilmente el doble que en Tulum ciudad. Es importante que los viajeros tengan esto en cuenta porque se puede elevar mucho el presupuesto del viaje.

Die Unterkunft war ineinander Nebenhaus. Nicht wie gebucht in einer cabana. Das Haus war heruntergekommen und windig. Wir reduzierten den Aufenthalt auf das Nötigste.

"pleasant and convenient"

The location is perfect But the facility is a bit dated and the pool was not inviting. Staff was very friendly and our stay was very pleasant. The chefs did a great job and the waiters were attentive. Just the room was not first class, but the price was right!

"Super rapport qualité prix à Tulum"

Emplacement paradisiaque. Au pied de la plage. A 10min à pieds des ruines de Tulum. Chambres confortables. Petit dej à la carte. Excellent. Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel au petit soin. Parking gratuit. Accès sécurisé car dans le parc du jaguar.

La salle de douche pourrait être plus moderne avec plus de rangements.
