Alito Tulum Hotel

On n’était pas au courant que maintenant l’hotel fait partie d’un nouveau parc national et que faut payer une federal tax de 6€ par personne par jour.

Die Strandanlage ist wirklich sehr schön.

Kaltstart nach Check in. Als wir in unser anfangs gebuchtes Standardzimmer reingingen, waren wir sehr schockiert. Das Bad völlig runtergekommen, teilweise Schimmel in der Dusche. Lieblos eingerichtetes Zimmer. Kein funktionelles WLAN. Einfach schrecklich. Daraufhin gingen wir zu Rezeption um nach einen anderen Zimmer zu fragen. Mit wenig Einsicht bot er uns ein Bungalow für 50€ Aufpreis (für 3 Nächte) an. Nach der Frage zum Entgegenkommen wurde gleich verneint. Also blieb uns nichts übrig als den Preis zu zahlen, weil für uns war klar, in diesem schrecklichen Zimmer möchten wir sicher nicht schlafen. Das Bungalow war ok aber man darf jetzt auch nichts erwarten. Es gab keinen Föhn, keine Nachttischlampe, keinen Fernseher, nicht mal ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Der Wasserstrahl von der Dusche war gefühlt ohne Druck. Die Krönung war aber, dass sie vergasen, unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Alles war voller Sand, unsere Handtücher natürlich schon auf dem Boden zum Wechseln - als wir es ansprachen, fragte er uns, ob wir es mit Reinigung gebucht haben !? Ehm bitte was .. bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel ist es ja wohl selbstverständlich, dass jeden Tage das Zimmer gereinigt wird. Er meinte wir sollen später wiederkommen, er fragt was er machen kann. Als wir wieder da waren, behauptete er die Putzfrau meinte wir haben gesagt, dass wir keine Reinigung möchten 😅 Genau, Lügen, dass man bloß nichts umsonst geben muss. Auch sehr traurig, dass man immer sein Personal vorsprechen lassen muss, obwohl man als Chef jeden Tag da ist.

The beach is wonderful! The snorcle trips sold on that spot outside the hotel area is FANTASTIC!! I truly recommend those guys!

A strong smell of mould in our room. When We mentioned it the receptionist said they Would send a team to do a "deep cleaning" "The team" was the same lady as always and the smell hot better for a day. The roof in the restaurant and in the reception building has big holes every where. So when raining we got soaking wet and had to cancel our dinner one night because of that. All the seeting groups in the lounge area was to wet to use for several days because of the holes in the roof. Change , paint or repair all The doors to the hotel rooms. Looks as rhey are about to fall apart. The reglar price they charge you are "hybris-prices " So never pay full price there.! I don't know how many stars they have but in Europe they Would never get more than ⭐⭐ Maximum.

L'hotel è bellissimo immerso nelle palme, nella sabbia e nella spiaggia splendida proprio vicinissima alle rovine maya di Tulum! Ci sono tanti servizi e il ristorante anche è fronte mare, molto piacevole

La camera che abbiamo prenotato era molto molto minimal, per 4 era davvero troppo piccola/stretta e anche il bagno piccolissimo e si chiudeva non con una porta ma con una tenda, questo non lo trovo molto comodo.. ma per una notte andava benissimo!

Praia bonita

Hotel Horrível, sem água quente no chuveiro, Internet nao funcionava no quarto, piscina de vinil e meio que "abandonada". Café da manhã, só podia escolher 1 item do cardápio. Disseram que estavam nos dando um up grade de bangalô, porém nesse up grade o banheiro era do lado de fora, a céu aberto, chuveiro/ privada e pia...pegamos chuva, imagina ir no banheiro na chuva, foi um desastre total...zero conforto. Antecipei minha estadia, só consegui ficar 1 dia, sai correndo de lá.

Non sapevo fosse all’interno del parco naturale con le rovine Maya, ogni giorno che si esce e rientra va pagato l’ingresso al parco e non lo sapevamo

Nous avons aimé uniquement l emplacement plage très belle.

Le fait d éventuelles taxes à payer pour rentrer à l hôtel avant 17 h 400 pesos ou 100 pesos après 17 h par jour à régler éventuellement à l entrée du parc au bon vouloir du gardien à la barrière ! Pas très clair. Pas de surclassement comme précisé sur Booking grâce à notre programme fidélité, de plus nous avions réservé un bungalow Deluxe et avons eu un bungalow basic, avec la climatisation quand même, pas où poser la valise juste 2 accroches pour serviettes ou autres, pas de coffre comme précisé dans la réservation juste le coffre du gérant dans son bureau proposé. Porte et fenêtres du bungalow très basses il faut se baisser pour rentrer dans la case et pour voir quelque chose à la fenêtre même chose pour le pommeau de douche il faut plier les genoux. Devant bungalow rien pour étendre juste 2 chaises en bois et une table qui ont vécu !
