The 3-bedroom suite was spacious enough for a family of 4. The rooms were clean enough but saw 1 small cockroach in the master bedroom bathroom. Other than that, our 1-night stay was pleasant and I would consider coming back

Hotel Casiana has been our go-to hotel in Tagaytay for a while now and here's why: The location is perfect, nearby attractions and has great ammenities! The pool is heated so you won't be scared of dipping in since Tagaytay is a cold place to stay at. They have a play area for the kids and a gym. Serves decent breakfast, the food in room service is good too! (Crispy Fried Chicken in a must-try, plus the Sisig Cigar too!) Our last stay was with all of our fam members in the 3-bedroom suite. 1 room has a king bed, the other has a double and 1 room with single bed. Has a nice living room and dining area. Highly reco for families!! 💕 Overall, we were warmly accommodated by Miss Karz from the Front Office and helped us a lot during our stay. We'll come back again, that's for sure!!

Our stay at HOTEL CASIANA was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Heated pool works perfectly! We especially want to thank Ms. Karrizza B. for her exceptional service. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating our every need, and providing excellent advice on how to make the most of our time at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

OVERALL EXPERIENCE 1. POSITIVE OBSERVATIONS a. Room was clean and spacious. b. Flush didn’t work initially but was fixed promptly. c. Request for free extra water bottles and coffee sachets was fulfilled quickly. d. The cafe's cappuccino was good while the hot chocolate was very good. e. Breakfast offerings are not repeated exactly, which is appreciated, especially for a fourth stay. 2. NEGATIVE OBSERVATIONS a. The toilet sink had stains that needed polishing, unlike our previous visit. b. Staff promised to confirm if the 10 PM last order at the coffee shop would be honored but did not return the call. c. Tuna pie at the café was disappointing. d. Kitchen odors came out of the kitchen of the restaurant and can be smelled in the hallway during our first morning's breakfast. e. On Day 1, the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed, possibly due to the high number of guests. 3. DAILY BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE a. Breakfast - Day 1 (Sunday): Pancit canton guisado – Failed; extremely salty. Pork picadillo – Very good. Hummus – Failed; extremely salty. Tinapang galunggong (big) – Failed; extremely salty. Muffin – Good. Chicken adobo – Good. Sunny0side-up egg – Poor; the yolk was fully set, lacking the creamy texture I requested. Beef sausage – Poor, with the look and texture of rubber Pork tapa – Very good, but a bit salty. Watermelon – Poor quality. b. Breakfast - Day 2 (Monday): Sunny-side-up egg – Excellent; cooked perfectly with a runny, creamy yolk, as requested. Hotcake – Very good. Pork tocino – Excellent. Chicken sausage – Very good. Dried fish – Excellent. Pineapple – Excellent quality. Watermelon – Excellent quality. c. Breakfast - Day 3 (Tuesday): Ube champorado – Excellent. Pancit bihon guisado – Very good. Sunny-side-up egg – Excellent; perfectly cooked with a creamy yolk. Hash brown – Very good. Longganisa hamonado – Excellent. Pork tapa – Good, though slightly salty. Fried chicken – Very good, with delicious and crunchy skin. Tinapang galunggong (small) – Excellent; not salty, just pure deliciousness. Pineapple – Average quality. Watermelon – Excellent quality. 4. WHAT I VALUE MOST IN THIS HOTEL a. Overall, the food is very good, though Day 1’s breakfast was poor, a step back compared to previous visits. However, Days 2 and 3 provided a very good to excellent experience. b. The hotel’s location is excellent. c. The price is very reasonable. d. The hotel is new. e. The staff remain very kind and helpful. 5. RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE HOTEL a. Ensure that kitchen odors or cooking smells do not spill into the hallway near the elevator. b. Ensure that water stains in the sink area of the toilet are properly removed for a better guest experience. c. Ensure that food is not overly salty, as it is easier for guests to add salt than correct an overly salty dish. d. Ensure that the quality of fruits is consistently high. 6. RECOMMENDATION TO TRAVELLERS Based on this stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is good! The service is great and we have a wonderful stay at the hotel.. the room service is A+ very affordable but spacious room we had delux twin and the staffs are all kind specially Zed. The heated pool is amazing. The breakfast is good.

We had a great stay! Thanks for the warm welcome. Their three bedroom suite room was big, clean, and modern. The bed was comfy, and the linens were soft and fresh. I liked the little extras like free bottled water, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom had everything we needed, and the rainfall shower was a nice bonus. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and room service, were all friendly and helpful. The heated pool was perfect, especially with the cool Tagaytay weather. We'll definitely come back!
