Hotel Casiana & Events Center

The ambiance and the staffs were really nice. It was my first time here with the family, while they have been here a couple of times and I’ve been hearing good feedbacks from them about this hotel. We were able to book a 3-bedroom suite and our stay was quite nice. However, during our breakfast on Sept 21st on a Saturday morning around 9, the staff at the egg station has given me some attitude. Don’t get me wrong, my hubby is also working in a 5-star hotel in Manila as a Sous Chef and I have high respects for all the service people out there because I’ve seen the hard works they’ve been providing just to keep their guests happy. But this egg station guy, I get it, it was peak hours and I was guessing there were a lot of orders that have been lined up before us. Another staff also attended to my Mom while we were getting our food at the buffet and told us that they will just serve the eggs at our table. After around 5-10mins lingering around the buffet and before I went back to my seat which was outside near the Café, I’ve decided to pass by the egg station hoping our orders were ready so they wouldn’t have to serve it to us outside. Another staff near that station asked me what my orders were and I patiently repeated to him what my Mom and I have ordered. But then this cook at the egg station suddenly butt in in our conversation and kind of given me the tone saying “Just wait lang po sa order nyo Ma’am ha?” gesturing his hand at me as if he was telling me to stop or something. Fast forward to when another staff had served us the eggs, it looked like this. See attached photo. I wasn’t with my hubby when this happened but I told him the whole thing. As a Chef, it violated the hospitality industry’s commitment to its service and to the guests. Plus the presentation and you know, the attitude too. Despite the poor service I received, I still decided not to make a scene. The staff who served us the eggs had told me nicely that they can just replace it, but I didn’t bother. Sayang yung food eh. I’ve been briefed to this kind of situations by my hubby that any leftovers from the guests, touched or untouched, will be thrown out. Plus, I don’t trust the guy anymore that he’ll make us decent eggs next time. In my mind, I was thinking, “Sana if mag-sserve kayo, ask yourselves first if this would something that would make you want to eat the food you have ordered”

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay. The highlight of our visit was definitely the heated pool, which provided a wonderful way to relax and enjoy each other’s company, regardless of the cool weather. The hotel itself was charming, with clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The serene surroundings and the quality of the amenities made our trip memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Casiana for anyone looking for a family-friendly escape.

Their services, rooms and location are satisfactory. Given that it is my husband’s birthday, I appreciate the cakes and greetings from the hotel particularly the card with signatory of the general manager. Unfortunately, when we booked our accommodation, it was indicated that I requested birthday balloons and cake (we’ll just pay the additional) but only the cake was present! I hope that next time, they work better.

Very nice room, affordable and clean. Could use more breakfast variants but overall its a very nice stay.

We enjoyed the views from our room. It was a clean, welcoming, and highly professional environment. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

the staff is so accommodating, the room and the entire hotel is very clean.. the prices is very reasonable.. the only thing we need in the room is the safe box and and the hair dryer which is very common in the hotel
