The Lincoln Hotel Philadelphia

My go to place to stay when visiting philadelphia. Very convenient location and staff are very friendly

Ok. Def motel not hotel. Air didn’t get cold but ok for the buck

It is false advertising please don’t go here. Unknown stains on the couch hairs in the sheets and overall unsafe environment.

Power was out so they turned me away, and everything else in area was sold out. And the real kicker is i still have yet to be refunded my money. This is absolutely atrocious customer service.

My room was emptied out and given away while I was at the beach and my snacks were stolen after I was not allowed to check in upon arrival I was assured that the issue would be resolved and my checkout would be moved for the inconvenience but that was never the case and the inconvenience continues.

Nothing it doubles as a liquor store that robs you blind

Upon arriving I was unable to check in and was denied access to a room I paid for was told by the front desk that I would be able to stay a second night since I was unable to check in for my first night and my room was given away and my property stolen while I was away for the day trying to enjoy my vacation

Convenient

Really don't like this place. They charge to much for the rooms not to be upgraded. On the other side. The older lady that works there. Is so nice and helpful. I stay there because I can walk Across the street to catch my bus.

Broken lock on door looked like it had been kicked in recently floor was sticky no hot water loud people in the room above us random people coming in and out of lobby at night also it doubled as a liquor store
