"Terrible experience! Do not stay here!"

Worst hotel I’ve ever walked foot into. The moment you check in, you know you’ve made a mistake. The lobby is a liquor store and the clerk is behind bullet proof glass. We got to our room and it was dirty and if walls could talk, I’m sure they would have a lot to say. There was a blood splatter stain by the bed, patched holes in the wall, the door itself looked like it had been kicked in during some kind of dispute (I have photos to prove). The comforter on the bed had cigarette burn holes and my we found short, dark, curly hairs on a pillow. We immediately felt unsafe in this disgusting environment. We went to our party (the reason we were in town) and had to leave early because our children were sick at home. This was around midnight. I told the front desk that we had to check out and go home to our sick children. I asked if we would be charged and she said “yeah you were here 4 hours and that’s enough.” I cannot believe that we were charged to stay at this place! We didn’t even sleep or shower here! We were only physically in the room for 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies. I would appreciate if management would reach out to me to discuss our experience at this hotel. So far, I haven’t received a call or email back from the hotel. Shocking.

Tried to cancel before going into the hotel the app wouldn’t allow me, once I got into the hotel to just check in I could smell all types of smoke…it’s supposed to a non smoking facility and the first room they showed me smelled like smoke and I seen ashes in the corner. The second room also smelled like smoke,had stains and cracks in furniture and toilet was cracked. Asked for a refund they same no manager available until Monday. I went on the app to file a claim and on there booking said full refund until 6pm it was 4pm tried to set up a profile with third party insurance I paid for and it wouldn’t allow me to create a profile so I just booked another hotel! Experience was horrible.

The lobby smelled like cigarette butts but the room was clean. However all the doors had off markings like they were forced open at one time or another. Bed was comfortable, and EV charging was great.
