The Lincoln Hotel Philadelphia

There is no real traditional lobby at this site. However, they have a ton of concession machines and were very responsive to the few requests we had.

First thing i saw when i got into my room was a roach and once i was ready to leave they had a no refund policy which i didnt notice because i reservesd the rrom on here

I do not recommend !!! The couch had so many stains on it ! It smell like cigarettes smoke everywhere !!! The blankets had like little burn marks if someone was putting their cigarette out on the blanket , our sink was literally leaking , and there was a freaking mouse in our trashcannnn!!!!!

The picture of the hotel is absolutely misleading. The place is a dump. I would not recommend anyone to stay a this place the fact it is dirty in and out. The room I booked was one the the best rooms they have, but I it had very bad smell and dirty. In addition, they used the cheapest towels in the bath. I even scared to use them. I will never stay at hotel with the same name again. Steve

Sketchy,dirty hotel looks abandoned couldn’t even bother walking inside to cancel reservation. Total dump. Don’t stay here.

Hotel was sufficient for what I needed. Nothing fancy but it did what it needed to do. Plenty of dining and gym facilities within a 10 minute drive. Negatives: the guy working the check in counter was not friendly at all but could have just been having a bad day. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping any of those days. I guess I had to request it?? Everywhere else I have stayed housekeeping just automatically came daily. My last night there I had an unexpected room guest as a little mouse joined me in the room lol. Overall for the price and what I needed the hotel was fine and if I am in the area again, I would stay here.
