It was very good! I enjoyed staying on first floor and the hot tub!

It was horrible. There were dead bugs on the sheets, a huge bug in the bath tub, wholes in the walls and floor. I was completely disgusted that my partner and I slept outside the motel in the car. Liquor was sold out the lobby, woke up to a car outside pointed in our directions with there lights facing us, around 3am. Toilet was clogged the morning of as we just ran in to use the restroom and brush our teeth before heading to Canopy hotel 30 mins away!!! Again it was terrible. I have photos, I complained to the lady on shift when we were checking in and morning shift before checking out. We weren't required to put down a deposit because we were unhappy with the room off first glance. I would like to speak with someone about this inquiry and experience.

Our stay was. Comforting, quiet, and overall it was relaxing and went very well.

The whole place was dirty including the bathroom and all the sheets and pillows on the bed. I had to get a change of sheet. I will never stay here again. The staff that checked me in was great tho.

So we booked a luxury room, but there was nothing luxury except one sofa .. it was covered in stains, when we lifted the pillow from the couch it smelled like corpses, there was dead bugs/cockroaches. it stank so much that we asked to take the sofa out of the room. The lady at the reception was angry and did not allow it, but she changed our room to another one without a terrible sofa, for which I am grateful. In general, the room looked clean if you didn't look closely, but if you look closely, you will see a lot of garbage on the floor; especially in the bathroom. In general, it was ok, the bed was clean and did not smell. I hope that after my review, the administration will throw out this sofa. However, I am sorry that people who stay in the hotel allow themselves to dirty the furniture so much. But it should be removed and such people should be fined.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Nasty, unsafe due to the liquor store there running out of the front. We paid for a king bed but got a full size bed.
