Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls

We arrived late around 10:30 PM after a long drive, only to find that the sofa bed had not been made. We had booked and paid for six people, so I expected all beds to be ready upon arrival. Unfortunately, when we asked the front desk for help, the staff refused to assist. In addition to that, there were not enough towels for our group, the in-room phone was broken—forcing us to walk to the front desk for any assistance—and the TV had no reception. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially after a long day of travel. I would not recommend staying here based on this level of service. It was fresh and new and well located . The rooms were lovely … great size .

Better changing room at pool but this is such a minor issue.

Beautifully clean new hotel, very friendly receptionist. Comfortable bed and great location for Wells Grey Park

Everything was fantastic about this property except the tv in the room did not work properly. It was all pixels. The only other problem was the bar in the closet fell off and cut my toe. Everything else was perfect.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff were mostly friendly. Great citrus toiletries. The location to Wells Gray Park is close and convenient.

Upon arrival on a Friday evening we discovered that our TV cable connection and audio constantly cut in and out - badly. It was impossible to watch. The staff member at the desk was friendly and tried multiple things to try to rectify this - unsuccessfully. Maintenance was gone for the weekend so our 3 night stay was without TV 🙁. Really quite annoying!!

I liked the pool and hot tub, EV charging, friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Great location and the property is in excellent condition. The TV’s can’t stream so prep your kiddos!
