Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls

Everything. We would come back to Clearwater just to stay at this BW!

Nice quality facility.

Shocking to learn that our floor didn't have working telephone and the Television service as well on our floor was extremely limited.

Room was a nice size. Top floor. Pool and gym. Free breakfast.

WiFi was spotty. A little pricey

We arrived late but had no issues checking in. Room was spacious and clean. The full buffet style breakfast the next day was great. Would stay here again.

We rented a kitchenette which was clean. We weren't provided with anything to from which to drink, no cups, no glasses. On asking for these things, we were told we could get complimentary drinks from the downstairs reception area. As we'd rented a kitchenette, we feel cups and glasses should be provided. We were given cups, but the hotel could not provide glasses, which we felt was poor. The provision of complimentary drinks served in plastic cups wrapped in plastic or cardboard cups for hot drinks is not environmentally friendly. The room had nowhere for us to eat our meals once they were cooked. The room had two double beds. As the room was for two people, only one bed was necessary and a dining table couid have been provided instead. We feel, although this Best Western was much better than the one we stayed in at Vernon, both hotels were not really set up provide a good kitchenette facility and perhaps should not do it at all.
