Room not ready at guaranteed check in time, we had to wait over an hour for the 2 rooms to be cleaned. Unacceptable after a very long drive and paying $200+ per night.

"Nice hotel on the road to stay overnight, visit local park and continue to Jasper!"

We have used the hotel as a stop between Whistler and Jasper. It well served its purpose. Good sleep, nice breakfast, we have also visited Wells gray park, which I would recommend.

Breakfast served on paper plate with plastic cutlery and cups.

The hotel is easy to find along the highway. Staff was very efficient and friendly and in person check-in was quick. Breakfast was perfect with everything a traveller could want. Checkout was simple and the king room was more than big. Altogether excellent experience. Will stay again when travelling through Clearwater.

The breakfast room staff were lovely; the room was clean. However, the breakfast food served was terrible. As well, we got a noise complaint from WALKING in our room at 9:30pm - seriously?! We're not even heavy walkers!! I am a person who is very considerate of others so I couldn't believe that a staff person knocked on our door and said we had gotten a noise complaint from the room below. Obviously the building is poorly built if sound travels that much. This hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced - I paid less for a hotel in the heart of Paris, France two weeks ago.
