"Jewel in the Crown"

We have stayed in this hotel on more than one occasion, and it never disappoints. Our room was enormous and spotlessly clean; a credit to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is superb with lots of choice, including hot food, and well stocked throughout the breakfast period. The breakfast area is kept clean with plenty of seating, including an outdoor area if that’s your thing. The hotel looks fresh and welcoming with lots of places for evening meals nearby. This is a jewel in the crown for Best Western Plus hotels and, in our opinion, is the standard that other BW+ establishments should aspire to. It’s certainly our “go-to” for that area.

The room was perfect for our family and we all had plenty of space with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We used the pool and the gym facilities and we all enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful

We had a great experience staying at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls. The service was excellent — staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice variety of hot and cold options that were well-stocked and fresh. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything neat. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

breakfast was great, clean room, hot tub

staff was smoking at the front entrance and the rear by pool entrance and could not have the window open without smelling the second hand smoke. also leaving and entering building you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke with 4 or 5 staff smoking. Took away from the experience as you go there to get out into nature and the fresh air. Would suggest moving the smoking area away from building.
