The staff were amazing! Especially the house keeping. Rooms were clean, spacious and better than the pictures. Food was nice but the roof top restaurants were not open when we stayed, which was unfortunate.

What we needed and suggest that the hotel give appropriate tour of all the facilities and activities upon arrival since this is a large property, and we missed the padel court and other activities. Or the hotel should provide a hotel host that sends the list daily via WhatsApp in order to arrange your day accordingly and reserve

Vibrant location , great beach club, beach access , good atmosphere.

Breakfast has a lot of space for improvement - not enough cold-fresh options suitable for the hot and humid weather. Time to upgrade policies - towel cards are out fashioned and giving only one access card for the room and not printing new card for access upon loss/request either. Oh , and Coffee ☕ is horrible, time to upgrade yourself to at least Levazza equivalent automatic coffee machine if not a dedicated Coffee Barista.
