The location could have been more clean and the services could have been faster. It felt like the restaurant was outsourced as it tool way lot of time for the order to arrive.

Hotel was neat & Clean, Good Rooms

Staff was Impolite. Breakfast was said 350/- per head extra, lunch dinner at 500/- extra. But they denied that they give Bufeet breakfast, lunch or dinner only if there are minimum 15 rooms booked. Service was poor. No Cold Drinks to Serve. Food bills were not signed hand to hand & were only given at the time of checkout. How can anyone check all the 3-4 meals bill together and confirm. Booked 5 rooms triple occupancy and 1 room double occupancy. But was provided 4 rooms triple occupancy and 2 rooms double occupancy. Swimming pool no attendant to serve snacks. Evening they served and morning they denied to serve and asked to come to room.

Value for money stay with Nature Retreat Resorts, location is very nice , close to center and walking distance to city center and pushkar lake, food is nice and price is cheat and quality and quantity of the food is good, service staff very polite and kind, fast service and they try to best to make memorable stay.

Beautiful place for luxury and cozy stay, location near to city centre and close to hills area, room are very beautiful and well maintained

My stay with family group booking, rooms are very beautiful and luxurious, staff very friendly, specially mr kunal property manager, amazing view of the mountain and flower orchard was mesmerizing.

Rooms are very beautiful and very specious, with the balcony and the great view of aravali mountain and lush green garden. Staff were very helpful and informative, food was very good and buffet breakfast was very good with lot of varity, good stay with amazing hospitality

The resort's exterior looks great, the resort's garden is well maintained, and there is a beautiful swimming pool, The food was very nice.
