Staff were responsive to our requests. Garden area was nice.

The smell in the bathroom was terrible. Taps not working properly. Electrics not working very well. The bedding was very old, with holes. Bugs on the bed and in the bed. The room hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. Everything was very dirty. I asked for clean pillow cases and for the disgusting toilet to be cleaned. They cleaned the toilet with the pillowcases 🤢. Very noisy at night.
