AUAUStaff were super friendly. Our key to the room didn't work properly and had to get different set of keys before we got in and got locked out after but the staff helped us get back in. Something wrong with the door knob. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay. Just needed somewhere to sleep before our big hike the next day. We were out of the hotel by 630am the next day.

CAOur room was clean, bedding was clean, the cleaner Deb was very nice.
Poor location for blue mountains attractions. Creeky floors, mouldy silicone in shared bathrooms, blocked sink, shower curtain would blow in the breeze lacking privacy, staff didn't greet us as we entered and exited the building. There was an assault upon our arrival at night which we had been questioned by a detective the following morning as we rocked up close to the time of the assault, making us question the safety of the location and town. The surrounding shops had very rude staff so I drove to another town for shopping and dining.

Old fashioned country hotel with impeccable service and friendliness. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms immaculate. Lovely meals in the dining room.
