La chambre est trop petite.

The staff could not have done more to make my stay more enjoyable-special. From arrival to departure. Things that stood out, hotel Managers and staffs greetings and assistance each day, room maid making my room beautiful and lovely to return to each day, not to mention the abundance of fresh towels each day, smiling cafe staff who greeted you when purchasing a delicious morning coffee at the cafe, even providing me with some ice to use with my water on a hot day, male staff members restaurant recommendations, staffs assisting me with a parcel delivery and finding my way to my taxi on departure. Not like other hotels I’m experiencing on this trip, the rooms are sound proof from all the happy noises going on from outside so you have quiet uninterrupted sleeps. A special experience for me was to open my door to my balcony each morning to hear the work men singing to Spanish music each morning. I loved the beautiful flower shop opposite as well. I enjoyed my stay so much I was teary on my departure. Graci Martha and each staff that welcomed me.

Only a very small thing. The toilet smelt a little on arriving but the room maid attended to it straight away. Graci!!!

Excellent séjour ! Le personnel est au top : souriant, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider. La chambre était impeccable, très propre et climatisée, un vrai luxe qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est parfait : j’ai pu tout faire à pied. L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme, charmant et très agréable. J’ai voyagé seule et je me suis sentie en sécurité tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui est un point particulièrement appréciable. Ayant un vol très tôt le matin, j’ai demandé de l’aide pour réserver un taxi, et le personnel s’est occupé de tout avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’efficacité. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Sevilla. Das Personal ist super freundlich und am Eingang des Hotels gibt es eine kleine Cafeteria. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kann es nur empfehlen .
