Good location with everything we need and just as listed. Great place.

The location was excellent, close to Plymouth town centre and walking distance to restaurants. The property was clean and as described.

I found that the facilities could have been improved, for example - it lacked basic kitchen equipment that made cooking a challenge. We managed some basic breakfasts and pizzas

Although it was clean, there are a few things that could be addressed. Shower in double bedroom could do with some tlc

Lovely apartment! Two ensuites which were great. Comfortable sofas and beds. All good. Location is amazing as it's right near the Hoe

Had to pay extra for parking outside for the weekend. But suppose parking is a premium there and it might be owned by a separate company. Up two flights of stairs.

Spacious lounge/kitchen area and good en-suite bedrooms. Nicely furnished. It was a good base for exploring Plymouth.

Slight unpleasant smell (ok when we had patio doors open). Advertised sleeping 5/6, and we made use of sofa bed for our party of 5, but only 4 chairs provided to sit round the table. Tin opener didn't work. No cutlery basket for dishwasher.
