We had a total nightmare with booking.com and am unlikely to ever use them again this is not the first time! Anyway after 4 lots of accommodation I booked this direct..Jane was fantastic we checked in and unfortunately the apartment hadn't been cleaned but a quick call and she changed and upgraded our accommodation to an even better apartment and this one was beautiful just not clean. My advise book direct not through booking.com they don't care less.
