The ambience was cool and the room I stayed in was clean, bed well laid, the air conditioning was good too. It is in a serene environment.

Good location, breakfast menu was good and the food tasted lovely

Room was stuffy when there was no electricity to power the air conditioning

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were pleasant, helpful and accomodating. We extended our stay due to how comfortable we were and would be going back again.

We requested dry cleaning service wash, which was not done properly. We were not happy about this.

The place was very neat and quiet and the staff are good at what they do.

Their food are quite pricey.

Breakfast was good. Location was good

The fact that I paid 78k for a room that goes for 45k and the policy of the hotel is when there is no power they do not put on the generator during the day until 6pm except there is a special reason. Why would I pay 78k for a room that is 45k when you walk in to the hotel?
