Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted to be parked on-site. Please note that maintenance work will be carried out from March 2026 to the end of May 2026. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Great location."

Location, Location, Location. Dracula's, Pacific Fair on one side. Convention Centre on the other side. Casino has $12 meals which were very filling.

The construction making us walk around the long way to Dracula's, etc.

Nice location, good views, friendly staff.

Very annoying noise from hotels hot water system. Sometimes at night as well, so very hard to get comfortable sleep.

"Excellent stay apart from the shrill screaming noise"

Location was great Facilities were excellent

There was a screaming noise outside my room constantly. It was coming from the water meter cupboard right outside my door The noise echoed through my apartment especially at night and early morning

The star amenities

I was told I Was given a complimenty up Grade to Tell me that the 2nd bedroom would be locked and the bathroom the accommodation was smaller than my last stay so Disappointed
