For stays from 1 February 2025, your allotted apartment at The Star Residences may be located in either Tower 1 or Tower 2 on Broadbeach Island. Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted to be parked on-site. Please note that maintenance work will be carried out from March 2026 to the end of May 2026. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Location

I had to change room three times. First suite had no hot water. The second suite was not clean. There was big clumps of black hair, false fingernails all behind the bath. It was terrible. The staff moved me again to the top floor & were very helpful. The Couch & Chairs all need a steam clean in the third apartment. We were very dissapointed as we have stayed there last year & its usually fantastic. The staff however were exceptionally helpful.

The food at the casino. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Staff were happy and friendly.

Room key wouldn't open the pool area on level 6. So didn't have access. Also the block out blinds didn't block out the sun properly in the rooms.. I like a dark room.
