For stays from 1 February 2025, your allotted apartment at The Star Residences may be located in either Tower 1 or Tower 2 on Broadbeach Island. Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted to be parked on-site. Please note that maintenance work will be carried out from March 2026 to the end of May 2026. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Not enough lifts, expect long waiting times"

Having a kitchen was great. We like the access to a variety of facilities across The Star venue and the exclusive Residences pool, spa and sauna.

Spent a long time waiting for lifts every day. It's always an issue whenever we stay here - not enough lifts for number of levels and patrons.

"Clean rooms and nice location but don't trust the staff."

We left our multi-charger there and I rang to let them know we'd return in three weeks to pick it up. And I was given a number as a receipt. When we returned, they had no idea of the number and couldn't find the charger. Obviously it appears that staff have kept our multi-charger. I'm annoyed because it's dishonest.

Clean and well fitted out. No bottled water however.

After 8pm reception is closed and no instructions provided for checking in even though I notified late arrival twice.

"Great, we would stay again!"

We had a great stay and the Star Residences. Room was clean, modern and tidy. Had everything you need. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Would have loved to have used the BBQ area which was so nice but ran out of time. Saw a lot of people commenting about long wait times for the lifts but we had no issues whatsoever.

It was great, if I to mention something the only thing I could think of was the bed was a little firm for my liking.
