Lofts At San Agustin

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to us! I really enjoyed my stay! Communication was top notch!

The property was clean and for the price it was a decent value. The floor of loft was just plywood so if you dropped anything and someone is sleeping in the bed underneath, it will be very loud. The secured parking is not paved. There is a security guard at night and the check in and check out was around 2am and 3am was very easy without hassle. The area doesn’t appear the safest but had no issue and never felt unsafe. If you are over 6ft tall, you will have difficulty with how the toilet is position but once again for the price it served its purpose. Would stay here again if it’s just adults wanting something quick and easy and fairly inexpensive

The property was in the perfect location to everything. The only issue we had was the noise from the bar below the lofts that played loud music till 1am every night and the exceptionally small bathroom area in the lofts. Good place to stay if you have no kids and enjoy the night life.

The apartment it self was so cute and management was very friendly and good at communicating. The only thing that was less ideal was that the bar underneath had some men outside it at night which initially freaked us out a little. But the room has two locks before you can get in and we were never cat called or anything like that. During the day it was lovely and there was a nice restaurant close by and cute photo opportunities. Old San Juan was a 25-30 min walk away but we did have to Uber to the beaches and the better bars and stuff.

We really like it. We enjoyed our 3 days because we want to walk viejo San Juan every day. It was always safe, clean and very close to the beach, parks and cultural area. People in the Loft and surrounding were very happy and friendly. Wonderful time. Thank you :)

Very nice beautiful people in PR

At first glance, the area seems "shady", in actuality, we felt totally safe. The area appears to be developing. There is a highly rated breakfast spot just steps away. The customer service was above and beyond! Many questions answered, suggestions given, and help with our bags (I'm a notorious overpacker). The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and plenty of towels are available. The bathroom is small, but it works. The beds were typical hotel "queens" and felt more like full size. The room has a ton of space and could easily accommodate two couples or several friends. The bar situation was loud, but I was able to sleep. The more weird thing was a stand-alone garage across the street that had massive speaker blaring music for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, my husband and I got food poisoning our last night. A late checkout was denied, leaving us sick and on the streets at 11 am. We couldn't board our cruise ship till 3pm. Needless to say, it was rough! Obviously, it's not a common problem, but a consequence of staying at a boutique hotel.
