Lofts At San Agustin

The room is clean and Service is good. The location is easily access to harbour and beach. However, the neighborhood is quite noisy.

I really enjoyed the location (very close to old San Juan) and the loft was amazing. Everything was really clean and I felt safe. There is security guard at night and he is super friendly. The best part was the free and accesible parking! The only thing I have to say is that it can get a little bit loud at night, but nothing too concerning. Next time I will be staying here no doubt!

The stay was great. Communication was almost instant. The loft was clean. Only downside for me was that it was extremely bright in the room. Would be a great idea to install a blackout curtain either on the door or in the lower portion of the room. It would be helpful to rest longer and less painful for migraine sufferers like myself 😬

Is definitely not for people with kids. Stairs were weird constructed and unsafe. The ac only reaches the living room. Need maybe additional tv upstairs. Bathroom is tiny , is cozy for young couples no kids.

Clean and in great condition. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit cramped, but very reasonable. On site washer/dryer (coin operated) was handy. Walking distance to Old San Juan and restaurants. They let us check in early, which was very nice, to stow luggage. The communication on Whats App was great-we had a minor issue with the sink and it was fixed while we were out. They also offered to stow our luggage when we left (which we did not need) but it was so nice they offered when that can be a challenge for travelers.

Water was leaking in the room for 2 days and the manager avoided speaking with me instead he hid behind his employees to deliver his message also the had ants everywhere and stains on the couch I have picks and videos to prove everything

Really nice lofts. Spacious with a nice vibe..only bad thing is bathroom is tiny..was 2nd time stay with 901 San Juan...will stay again

Very satisfied with the place.

Property location is unsafe. There is a bar underneath the rooms. The bar was open till late AM hours on Friday with lot of noises etc. During check-in, I expressed concerns regarding the dilapidated parking area but the Manager assured me that No Crime here, all safe don't worry, there is security guard on duty at night and all that stuff. We believed him but on the second night someone stole the catalytic converter from our rental car parked in their premise. In the morning when we started the car it made loud noises but we thought that the noise will die down after a bit of driving. However, when it got worse we called the emergency road service. The towing company didn't understand any English.. So, it was a challenge even to arrange a towing. After two hours of waiting by the side of a busy expressway, the car was towed to the airport rental company site. They showed us sections of the exhaust pipe with catalytic converter that was cut out and removed.. Practically, one whole day of our five day vacation trip was wasted due to this criminal theft. We called the hotel and talked to the GM. He flatly refused to offer any compensation to offset our vacation disruption, inconveniences and trauma. Just asked for the repair invoice which we didn't have given that rental company will handle the repairs. Overall, very poor experience that seriously spoiled our PR trip.
